Relevant Experience

Jimmy Beatrice is the first of the third generation from the Beatrice family.  He was initially exposed to health insurance during his employment at Kroger Pharmacy, where he interacted on a daily basis with insurance carriers to process claims and assist customers through the appeal process.  During his time at Business Benefits as an account representative, he established a strong foundation and understanding of the health insurance industry. He assisted with claims processing, billing issues, wellness initiatives, and employee meetings.  He also developed strong relationships with the carrier representatives and clients with whom he worked closely.  In 2017 Jimmy transitioned into a Benefit Advisory role seeking new sales opportunities.  Jimmy’s knowledge of the industry, dedication and responsiveness to employers, and his experience in customer service make him a great advisor at Business Benefits.
