2021 HSA Limits Announced

The IRS announced the HSA limits for 2021. The new single maximum contribution limit is increasing to $3,600 and the family maximum is increasing to $7,200.

The released amounts for 2021 HSA contributions, maximum out of pocket limits, and minimum deductible limits for High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) are listed below.  Please reach out to your Business Benefit team for any questions.

HSA Contribution Limits 2021:    Single - $3,600         Family - $7,200

   2020: Single - $3,550         Family - $7,100

Catch-up contributions if age 55 or older is an additional $1,000 dollars 

Deductible Minimum 2021:           Single - $1,400         Family - $2,800

2020: Single - $1,400         Family - $2,800

Maximum Out-of-Pocket 2021:     Single - $7,000         Family - $14,000

  2020:  Single- $6,900         Family - $13,800
