POSITION DESCRIPTION

Business Benefits is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative that is responsible for servicing Business Benefits Insurance Solutions’ clients from initial implementation of business to the renewal of benefits annually. These responsibilities include in-depth plan analysis and proposal generating for all different lines of coverage, plan submission to carrier(s) for new business, follow through to ensure enrollments and changes are processed along with on-boarding and maintaining employee changes through our enrollment technology vendor when applicable, as well as providing customers with assistance in claims analysis, audits, and appeals. They identify potential billing or claims issues and will pro-actively reach out to clients to assist in quickly and effectively resolving these issues. The Client Services Representative will maintain a strong relationship with both the producers and the Account Representative to assist with escalated customer service issues.

The Client Services Representative has a major role in meeting strict proposal deadlines to ensure a timely and smooth transition during a customer’s implementation with a new carrier and/or annual open enrollment period. This role will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of carrier and industry changes, in turn, being a key point of contact between carriers and Business Benefits Insurance Solutions.

•         Excellent written and oral communication skills

•         Obtain & maintain Health & Life Insurance license

•         High school diploma or equivalent

•         Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
