Get up and Move! Today is National Walking Day, sponsored by the American Heart Association.   We encourage you & your employees to take at least 30 minutes out of your day to get up and walk.   This is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity & the direct correlation it has on reducing your chance of  heart disease.  The American Heart Association provides employers with great tools including a how-to-kit, flyers, & posters.  Use this day to kick off a Walking Challenge within your company & encourage employees to get moving.   For more information about heart disease or to sign up for your free toolkit click here.
