Nicole’s

operations. Coordinated daily communication between referral sources, nursing
staff, and physicians. Developed new
policies to streamline transition between levels of care. Identified insurance
trends and how they impacted the patient and health care providers.

Professional and community involvement
Nicole
volunteers with the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. When needed, she opens her home to foster
dogs until they are able to find a permanent home. Nicole also spends her spare time
organizing and participating in events in her neighborhood as well as assisting
with care for her
elderly parents.
